All orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) .

Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery and loss due to errors in the address. In the case of a return, we will charge you for a new delivery at full cost. We offer international shipping to a limited group of countries, please contact us directly for enquiry.

In-store pickup

You are more than welcome to come pick up your artwork and see more of our Artists work at our Gallery at 240B Pasteur, in Ho Chi Minh City. We have a new roster of artists on display every 3 months.
Please email us in advance so we can prepare your package.

Delivery

We work with VNPost for all our delivery within Vietnam. Depending on your location the estimate delivery time is between 2-14 days. For Express shipping, you can contact us directly via email at gallerymedium@gmail.com
All our parcels require a signature, VNPost will contact you directly via phone to arrange a delivery time.
We advise you to take a video and photos while you open your package.
You have 24 hours upon receiving to send us any reservations you have in regards to the state of your artwork.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at X or on this number X, and we will look into it for you.

All sales are final and non refundable, with the exeption of damaged artwork upon receiving.

International Orders

Packages may be charge import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost.
